We carefully review your application and determine if you are suitable for the position.

We start with an introduction and give you a clear understanding of the job content. You will receive feedback within a few days.

During the second interview, we delve deeper into your knowledge, skills, and experience.

For each position, it is determined whether an assessment is required. This may include a personality questionnaire, a cognitive ability test, and possibly a business case.

If both parties are still enthusiastic after the second interview or assessment (if applicable), we would be happy to make you an offer.
